Training Coordinator



Position Summary:


The Training Coordinator participates in the design, development and delivery of innovative training solutions for NFPSI’s network of independent financial advising firms and internal staff. Travel will be less than 5%.


Responsibilities and Requirements


Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Collaborate with Manager of Training to develop consistent and practical training solutions for NFPSI’s internal staff and network of firms.
• Support the implementation and ongoing delivery of the training curriculum.
• Design and produce e-learning modules utilizing Captivate and Articulate
• Schedule WebEx, Conference Calls and other needed resources for field training events as needed.
• Provide setup and delivery support for onsite and WebEx training events.
• Monitor day to day activities to ensure deadlines are being met and progress on track for training delivery.
• Maintain the training and communication calendar to prevent duplication or cross-over of events.
• Coordinate development of training materials between trainers and marketing to ensure consistency.
• Coordinate materials and resources for and participate in on-site training events.
• Track and report on results for training programs including internal training progress, test scores and application usage.

• Travel: less than 5%

Requirements:

• 3-4 years of business and/or technical experience within the insurance or financial services industry
• College (4 year) degree or equivalent applicable work experience preferred.
• Previous experience in training development or delivery is a plus.
• Experience developing e-learning modules preferred
