Training & Process Engineer
Position Summary:
The Training & Process Engineer is responsible for technical training and process engineering for BlueWare customers. Technical Training: designing, developing conducting and measuring the effectiveness of training programs internally and for customers. Process Engineering: evaluating and performing critical analysis on existing processes and implementing business process change; identifies needs and develops processes to ensure seamless operating procedures and best practices. Frequent international and domestic travel is required, 50-80%.
Responsibilities and Requirements
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Becoming an in-house expert with regard to our product suite and servicing, as well as clinical processes and pain points in conversion to the all-digital electronic record
• Designing training programs for internal and customer presentation
• Documentation of training materials and presentation format, as well as best practices
• Coordinating internal and external training sessions as needed
• Conducting training for internal staff and BlueWare customers – training locations vary from customer sites to our global offices
• Following up on all training conducted to determine effectiveness and further needs
• Working with appropriate internal teams to ensure appropriate training materials are included in customer RQA books
• Evaluation and critical analysis of existing procedures, processes and best practices (both internal and customer)
• Development, delivery and training with regard to new and/or improved best practices
• Reports to Director of Delivery
• Traveling frequently, both domestically and internationally, 50-80%
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree
• Experience in a health care environment preferred
• Experience as a trainer or educator is required
• Experienced in creating and presenting training materials
• Experience in business process change
• A self-starter that will take initiative
• Ability to exercise sound independent judgment
• Critical analysis skills required
• An intuitive individual that can quickly adapt to changing audience needs with multiple training approaches and methodologies
• Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written, with the ability to quickly articulate ideas in a fast-paced setting
• An effective and charismatic oral communicator
• High-energy individual with a focus on quality and understanding
• Intermediate to advanced level experience using Microsoft Office Suite (especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Able and willing to travel frequently
