Why work for us?

Why Blueware

First to market, visionary leadership, fast-growing company. . . if our list of awards doesn’t impress you, I dare you to come meet our team! We’re big enough to make a huge impact in the world with our products and services, and small enough to make every contribution a significant one. Why BlueWare? Why NOT BlueWare?! Come see for yourself.

Our Culture

A small team achieving BIG results! Hard work, but at the same time serious fun. Something about laughing makes the work come easily. We’re on the more casual side of business attire, except of course when we have a client, employment candidate or business partner visiting or we’re going on-site.

Our Team

Our team develops and implements the next-generation technologies for which we’ve become world renown in our industry. In addition to revolutionising electronic document management technology, we use our world-class intellectual property to deliver implementation and service that is second to none. After all, we are a world-class company.

Your Part

Your work will contribute to making a better experience for the customers who are beating down our doors. We’re always looking for great people that want to make the world a better place by contributing their time and talents to a greater cause. Specifically, with the rapidly changing technology market, we’re aggressively seeking out forward-thinking change agents. If that’s you, come join us!

Our Benefits

We offer a generous compensation package. Our team gets the security of comprehensive health, dental and vision insurance without the premium expense – that’s right, it’s company-paid. We also provide our team with life insurance, a competitive retirement plan, paid vacation and holidays. Supplemental insurance is made available to everyone who gets a regular pay check.
